I’m Aisling, a 30-something wife of 10 years to Sean, and mummy of 3 little rascals; Aoibhe (8), Joe (6) and Orlagh (4) – and yes, I do have my hands full! It’s taken me a while, but I’ve finally worked out “what I want to be when I grow up!”
I’ve always loved makeup, and it’s been a long held ambition of mine to run my own business. So finally in 2018 it all clicked. I successfully completed a Diploma in Fashion and Photographic Makeup at the prestigious Oonagh Boman School of Makeup in Belfast.
When it came to thinking up my business name, Dream Beauty, it was a bit of a no-brainer. You see, Aisling is Gaelic for “vision or dream”, so technically I’ve named the business after myself. It’s also a perfect representation of the reality that this business is everything I’ve ever dreamed of. The Beauty part was purely to leave it a bit more general, to give me opportunities to offer more services to my lovely clients. I’ve already added spray tanning and gel nail polish to the list, with a few more in the pipeline!
