About Me

Hi, I’m Aisling, and I’m a professional freelance Makeup Artist based in Portadown. I completed my Diploma in Fashion and Photographic Makeup at the prestigious Oonagh Boman School of Makeup in 2018, and have also studied Bridal Makeup with Oonagh. My portfolio is extensive and I have worked with well renowned photographers, such as Lee Mitchell, Catriona Corrigan (Divine Photography) Joanne Symington, Sean Donegan and a range of local models.

Since graduating, I love to follow current trends and I pride myself on keeping my work up to date. I’ve worked behind the scenes at Belfast Fashion Week, amongst other fashion shows, and have been lucky enough to have my work published in the Sunday Life and in Local Women magazine. I have experience working on photoshoots, corporate video shoots and delivering makeup demonstrations and workshops.

I work out of my beautiful studio at home, but am also available to travel within Ireland and beyond for bridal bookings, photo shoots and more. As well as makeup, I also offer spray tan using fantastic local product Lusso Tan, and gel nails. Check here for all the services I offer. 

Despite not being afraid of a ‘pop of colour’, I am a great advocate for natural looking makeup, and strive to make you look and feel the ‘best possible version of yourself’. I host a range of makeup lessons and workshops under the banner “The Lipstick Effect” – which refers to the psychological phenomenon where wearing makeup makes us feel more physically attractive, boosting our confidence and positively affecting our self-esteem, attitude and personality!
